Intro to Bookbinding (4 sessions)

10:00am – 12:00pm
Learn skills to fold and sew your own books. Students will learn about paper grain, adhesives and material prep to create their own handmade books. Students will create books to hold text, images and paper ephemera. Projects will include multi-signature traditional hardcover book, Coptic stitch, and softcover models.
FEE: $100
Painting/Drawing Classroom, 2nd Level
Materials are provided by instructor and included in the class fee.
