When will my membership be active?
Your membership benefits will be available immediately following your purchase.
Does my membership automatically renew?
Your membership will not automatically renew. Instead, you will receive an email reminder 30 days prior to your membership expiration, at which point you will have the chance to renew.
Can I gift a membership to somebody else?
Yes! If you would like to gift a membership, please contact us at 614.431.0329.
Is my membership contribution tax-deductible?
No. Membership contributions are not tax-deductible, as they are considered the purchase of benefits rather than a charitable donation.
Can I receive a refund for my membership?
No.
