The Worthington Creative Community Grant is funded through an allocation from the City of Worthington and distributed by a community volunteer funding panel. The purpose of the program is to assist nonprofit organizations in the accomplishment of artistic projects or programs in Worthington that provide a larger community benefit. Applications are accepted for arts and cultural activities taking place between January 1 – December 31, 2025, including operating support, special project support, or individual investments in community arts and cultural opportunities.

  • IRS letter indicating tax exemption or your most recent 990 filing

  • Letter of Intent

    • Key details of your organization’s mission and the primary outcomes you plan to achieve

    • A description of your project and details essential to its value to your ongoing work

    • The lasting impact you believe your organization and/or project will have on the community

    • Amount of request ($)

    • How expenditures will be used
