Kimberlee Goodman is a flutist, arts administrator, and educator with a deep commitment to advancing the performing and visual arts through thoughtful programming and community engagement. She brings a dual perspective to her work at the McConnell Arts Center, drawing on both her professional experience as a musician and her leadership within nonprofit arts organizations.
An active performer, Kim is a member of the PANdemonium4 Flute Quartet and serves as Principal Flutist of the Westerville Symphony. She has also performed with ensembles including the Columbus Symphony Orchestra, Lima Symphony Orchestra, West Virginia Symphony Orchestra, and Mansfield Symphony Orchestra. Her performance career informs her collaborative approach to working with artists and her advocacy for high-quality artistic experiences.
Kim holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Flute Performance from The Ohio State University, where she also earned her master’s degree, and a Bachelor of Music degree from Arizona State University. In addition to her performance work, she is a dedicated educator and mentor, supporting artists at all stages of their careers.
In her role as Executive Director at the McConnell Arts Center, Dr. Goodman is passionate about fostering an inclusive, vibrant arts environment that supports artists, engages audiences, and strengthens the cultural life of the community.
