Alexis Hefley (she/her) joined the McConnell Arts Center team in 2024 as a Front Desk Associate. In addition to her work at the MAC, she is a classically trained musician, holding two degrees in flute performance from Otterbein University (B.M.) and the University of Akron (M.M.) and currently performs with the Westerville Symphony, Newark-Granville Symphony Orchestra, and Ohio Capital Winds. She is the flute instructor for Encore Music Studios in Westerville, OH, and continues her work in nonprofit arts administration as the Operations Manager for the Columbus Gay Mens Chorus (CGMC). In her free time, Alexis is often playing flute or piano, listening to music, or enjoying a new fiction novel.
